Beduya Dental is a dental group in the Philippines that specializes in the treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disorder and Orofacial Pain. Active in his profession since 2003, Dr. Beduya, one of the few internationally-trained, board-certified TMD experts in the country, Beduya Dental, through its esteemed roster of duly-licensed dental specialists, also offers a full range of dental services. Although Beduya Dental specializes in the management of TMD, it does also offer other dental services, including aesthetic dentistry. Slowly but surely, Beduya Dental is becoming a go-to place for celebrities, models, and beauty queens who wish to improve their smiles.

Beduya’s treatment lies on a concept that the TMJ (temporomandibular joint) is the center of the orofacial area and that before any procedure is done our competitive and skillful doctors will make sure that it is taken care of by performing initial assessment, accurate diagnosis and execution of proper treatment in a careful and precise manner. Dr. Beduya is well-experienced in his field. It is important to us that all recommended irreversible procedures has been properly discussed to our patients, therefore we always encourage to have it documented by using intraoral camera, orthopantomography, transcranial, intraoral and extraoral photos, CBCT and Study Casts to ensure our patients will get a great picture of the state of their temporomandibular joints, masticatory apparatus, bone structures and teeth.

All of Beduya’s doctors can be considered as masters in their own specialties. They are all board-certified and have undergone countless trainings in the Philippines and abroad, making them some of the most skillful oral health practitioners in the land. Each also goes through regular seminars to make sure they all keep abreast with the latest techniques, discoveries and technologies.

About Dr. Edward Keith Beduya

Dr. Edward Keith S. Beduya, fondly called “Kit” by his close friends and family is a graduate of the prestigious and known to produce best dentist in the country Centro Escolar University. A consistent Dean’s Lister and been awarded two scholarships, University Scholarship and CEU Alumni Scholarship. He graduated on 2003 with awards and numerous citations. A Gold Medalist for Extra and Co-Curricular Activities.

He passed the National Board Examination for Dentistry on 2003 with an average of 81.11%. He undergone training at St. Luke’s Medical Center Department of Dentistry and Oral Surgery and finished two post-graduate course, Periodontics and Infection Control Course both in St. Luke’s. He also attended Asian-American Academy of Functional Orthodontics and TMJ and Implant Training Program Surgical and Prosthetic by Dentium and several workshops to keep abreast to the new technologies and innovative techniques in dentistry. A graduate of TMJ Institute of Manila and a Consultant for TMD and Orofacial Pain to several clinics in the metropolitan.

Dr. Beduya is the originator of Beduya TMD Therapy Program (BTTP), a comprehensive TMJ management program that helps a lot of patients suffering from temporomandibular disorders. It is a 3-4 month comprehensive TMJ therapy used to treat a simple to severe and from acute to chronic TM Disorders and other orofacial pain disorders. It is mainly composed of different management approach.

He is a proud member of Philippine Dental Association, Manila Dental Society, Philippine Academy of Functional Jaw Orthopaedics, Endodontic Society of the Philippines, Philippine Prosthodontic Society and an Active Member of American Academy of Orofacial Pain.
